The study attempts to answer a key question: what is the role of governance in crisis management? In response to the research questions and hypotheses, an analytical descriptive approach is used in the collection and analysis of data prepared according to a number of metrics to describe research data. Also, it relies on the drafting of study assumptions on a number of different sources, including previous studies of direct and indirect relevance, interviews and observations
