The aim of this study was to assess the value of interictal diffusion MRI in localization of seizure focus in temporal lobe epilepsy . The study included on 30 Egyptian patients with temporal lobe epilepsy ( TLE ) with a mean age of 27.3 {u2213} 9.7 years . They were subjected to clinical assessment interictal EEG neuropsychological testing ( RCFT ), Conventional MRI of the brain and Diffusion weighted MRI of the brain
