Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Science - Department of Biochemistry Summary: The objectives of current work were to study the protective effect of Korean ginseng extract ( KGE ) against health hazards and oxidative stress resulted from the consumption of aflatoxins ( AFs ) and fumonisin ( FB ) in rats . The results indicated that animals fed AFs or FB - contaminted diet showed a significant biochemical and histological changes typical to those reported in the literature

The objectives of current work were to study the protective effect of Korean ginseng extract ( KGE ) against health hazards and oxidative stress resulted from the consumption of aflatoxins ( AFs ) and fumonisin ( FB ) in rats .
