Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Orthopedic Surgery Summary: This study was conducted on 30 patients with arthritic hind foot due to developmental rigid flat foot, PTTD grade III, tarsal coalition, traumatic arthritis and degenerative arthritis, who underwent double arthrodesis of subtalar and talo-navicular joint by using medial approach along the course of tibialis posterior tendon. Using 6.5mm partially threaded cannulated screws for STJ fixation and 4mm screws for TNJ or stables. All patients were assessed functionally pre-operative and 6 months post-operative according to AOFAS hind-foot scale and radiologically
