Stiff knee following TKR can be defined as a difficulty moving the knee or a range of movement less than 90o of flexion that persists longer than 6 weeks.The incidence has not been clearly defined in the literature,Kim et al reported an incidence of 1.3%.Factors contributing to a stiff knee after TKR can be separated in to preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative categories
