هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تطوير أداء الأخصائي الاجتماعي برياض الأطفال، وذلك من خلال تصميم برنامج تدريبي مقترح وُضِع بناءً على الاحتياجات التدريبية للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين برياض الاطفال، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (120) أخصائياً اجتماعياً و(80) مديرة ومعلمة برياض الأطفال من محافظتي القاهرة والجيزة، وذلك لمعرفة آرائهم حول احتياجات الأخصائي الاجتماعي برياض الأطفال، واستخدمت الدراسة الأدوات الآتية: استبانة لمديرات ومعلمات رياض الأطفال، استبانة للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين برياض الأطفال، برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتطوير أداء الأخصائي الاجتماعي برياض الأطفال، وقد خَلُصت النتائج إلى أن الأخصائي الاجتماعي في حاجة إلى عدد من الاحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة لعمله في الروضة، مثل التدريب على التعامل مع الأطفال ذوي النشاط الزائد وفرط الحركة، تطبيق مقاييس الذكاء على الأطفال لمعرفة الفروق الفردية بينهم، وخَلُصت الدراسة إلى تصميم برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتطوير أداء الأخصائي الاجتماعي برياض الأطفال. The current study aims to develop the performance of social workers in kindergartens, through a training program that was developed based on the training needs of social workers in kindergartens. The study sample consisted of 120 social workers and 80 kindergarten principals and teachers from Cairo and Giza governorates, in order to know their opinions about the needs of social workers in kindergartens. The study used the following tools: a questionnaire for kindergarten principals and teachers, a questionnaire for social workers in kindergartens, and a proposed training program to develop the performance of the social worker in kindergartens. The results concluded that the social worker needs a number of training needs necessary for his work in kindergarten, and the study found a proposed training program to develop the performance of the social worker in kindergarten, such as training in dealing with children with hyperactivity, the application of intelligence measures to children to find out the individual differences between them, and the study concluded with the design of a proposed training program to develop the performance of the social worker in kindergarten.
