تستهدف الرسالة التعرف إلى كيفية معالجة صفحتيْ القناتين الفضائيتين الإخباريتين: "المملكة" الأردنية، و "BBC عربي" البريطانية على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي (الفيس بوك) للأزمات، وتحديداً أزمة جائحة كورونا، وذلك باستخدام نظرية الاعتماد على وسائل الإعلام، مستخدمةً المنهج المسحي بشقيْهِ الميداني والتحليلي، وعلاقة ذلك باتجاهات المشاهد الأردني نحو القناتين، ورصد الأسباب التي تدفعهُ إلى الاعتماد على هذين المصدريْن التلفزيونييْن بالحصول على معلومات عن جائحة كورونا. وتم سحب عينة عمدية من الجمهور الأردني المتابع لهاتين القناتين، يبلغ عددها (400) مفردة، وروعيَ أن تبدأ الفئة العمرية للمبحوثين من سن الثامنة عشرة من العمر. وقد تم اختيار أفراد العينة بشكلٍ عمدي، أي من المشاهدين الأردنيين الذين يتابعون هاتيْن الفضائيتين التلفزيونيتين، يعتمدون عليهما في الحصول على الأخبار والمعلومات حول جائحة كورونا، وتم اختيار أفراد العينة من كافة شرائح المجتمع الأردني لضمان إمكانية تعميم النتائج التي ستسفر عنها الدراسة.
توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، منها: أن المرجعية السياسية كانت من أكثر الأطر المرجعية المستخدمة على صفحتيْ هاتين الفضائيتين في المعالجة الإخبارية لجائحة كورونا، وتلا ذلك المرجعية الاقتصادية، فالمرجعية الأمنية، فالمرجعية الاجتماعية، فالمرجعية الانسانية، تلا ذلك المرجعية التاريخية في المرتبة قبل الأخيرة، وجاءت المرجعية الدينية في المرتبة الأخيرة. وقد أثبتت النتائج صحة الفرضيْن: 1- توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين درجة الاعتماد على قناتي المملكة وBBC عربي ودرجة المصداقية فيما تقدمه من معلومات حول جائحة كورونا. 2- توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين درجة الاعتماد على قناتي المملكة وBBC عربي ودوافع الاعتماد على المعلومات حول جائحة كورونا.
This study aimed to identify how the Facebook pages of the two satellite news channels the Kingdom channel and BBC Arabic deal with crises (especially the Corona crisis) and their relationship to the Jordanian viewer's attitudes towards it. The sample of the study involved the digital websites of these two channels, which provide information on the Corona pandemic. The study relied on the reliance on media theory; in addition to the survey approach with its two analytical and field methods. The Facebook pages of the Kingdom channel and BBC Arabic were selected as a sample for the analytical study, and 400 people were deliberately chosen from the mass as a sample ranging from 18 years old and more. The reason for choosing this specific sample was to make sure that they follow the news broadcast of these two satellite channels regarding the spread of the Corona pandemic. The sample members included all classes and segments of Jordanian society to generalize the results of the study.
The study concluded that the political reference took the first place as one of the most frequently used reference frames on the pages of the Kingdom of Jordan and BBC Arabic for the news treatment of the Corona pandemic. The political reference was followed by the economic reference, the security reference, the social reference, the humanitarian reference, the historical reference, and the religious reference respectively. The study verified the hypothesis saying that there is a statistically significant relationship between the degree of reliance on the Kingdom and BBC Arabic channels and the degree of credibility of the information they provide about the Corona pandemic. In addition, the study verified the hypothesis saying that there is a statistically significant relationship between the degree of reliance on the Kingdom and BBC Arabic channels and the motives for their reliance on information about the Corona pandemic.
