A synthesis of novel bis(tetrahydrobenzimidazo [2,1-b] quinazolin-1-(2H)-Ones) linked to alkyl, arene or thieno[2,3-b]thiophene-2,5-dicarboxylate core via phenoxymethyl or benzoyloxy spacers as hybrid molecules has been reported. The target products were obtained via the reaction of bis-aldehydes with two mole equivalents of both dimedone and benzimidazole in DMF at reflux or under the effect of microwave heating. Bis-alkylation of the appropriate tetrahydrobenzo[4,5]imidazo[2,1-b]quinazolinones with dibromo compounds in ethanolic potassium hydroxide and DMF, unfortunately, failed to provide pure samples of the target bis(tetrahydrobenzo[4,5]imidazo[2,1-b]quinazolinones). Furthermore, bis(tetrahydrobenzimidazo [2,1-b] quinazolin-1-(2H)-Ones) derivatives have attracted a lot of attention in recent years due to their wide variety of pharmacological and therapeutic uses. تم تصنيع ثنائي(تتراهيدروبنزوإيميدازو [2,1-b] كينازولين-1-(2H) -أونات المتصلة بالفواصل ألكيل أو أرين أو ثيينو [2,3-b]ثيوفين-2و5-داى كربوكسيلات عن طريق الوصلات فينوكسى ميثيل أو بنزويل أوكسى كجزيئات هجينية. وقد تم الحصول على المنتج المستهدف من خلال تفاعل ثنائى الالدهيد مع مكافئين من الدايميدون و البنزوإيميدازول فى داى ميثيل فورماميد بالتسخين العادى أو باستخدام إشعاع الميكرويف. تفاعل الألكنة الثنائى لمركب تتراهيدروبنزو[4,5] إيميدازو[2,1-b] كينازولينون المناسب مع مركبات ثنائى البروميد فى الإيثانول و هيدروكسيد بوتاسيوم و داى ميثيل فورماميد فشل فى تحضير عينات نقية من ثنائى تتراهيدروبنزو[4,5] إيميدازو[2,1-b] كينازولينون وعلاوة على ذلك فإن مشتقات ثنائي(تتراهيدروبنزوإيميدازو [2,1-b] كينازولين-1-(2H) -أونات تجذب إهتمتم كبيرفى السنوات الأخيرة نتيجة لتنوع استخدماتها الصيدلانية والعلاجية الواسعة.
