هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن أبرز مالمح الظروف المعيشية ألسر الالجئين السوريين في المخيمات، وآليات التكيف معها، وما ترتب على تلك الظروف المعيشية من نتائج وآثار اجتماعية وثقافية داخل تلك األسر. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم تطبيق دليل مقابلة متعمقة لجمع البيانات على عينة حجمها 50 أسرة من األسر التي تقيم في مخيم قوشتبة بإقليم كردستان بالعراق. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها تعدد دوافع اتخاذ قرار اللجوء وجاء الدافع األمني على رأس تلك الدوافع يليه الدافع اقتصادي ثم الدوافع الشخصية، كما يعاني الالجئون في المخيم من العديد من المشكالت العامة كالمشكالت االقتصادية ونقص الخدمات وعدم وجود أوراق تسجيل رسمية لحاالت الميالد والزواج والوفاه.. وغيرها، بجانب مشكالت فردية تتمثل في الشعور باالكتئاب واالضطرابات النفسية واالغتراب وغيرها، وكشفت الدراسة أيضا عن ممارسة الالجئون للعديد من االستراتيجيات للتكيف مع تلك األوضاع ومنها استراتيجيات تكيف إيجابية مثل التكاتف والتعاو ن األسري وبذل مجهود أكبر وتطوير القدرات والمهارات والهروب من المسئولية وتزويج الفتيات في سن صغير وغيرها، واستراتيجيات تكيف سلبية ومنها انتظار المساعدات والصبر والتحمل والتقرب إلى اهلل، كما رصدت الدراسة حدو ث العديد من التغير ات االجتماعية والثقافية على حياة الالجئين السوريين بعد اللجوء والعيش في المخيمات. وقدمت الدراسة عددا من التوصيات أبرزها ضرورة إصدار قانون خاص بالالجئين ينظم العالقة بين الدولة المستضيفة والالجئين الموجودين على أراضيها، بجانب قيام الجهات المعنية بعمل برامج توعية ألعضاء المجتمع المستضيف للحد من حالة الرفض لالجئين ودعم قبولهم و بالتالي المساهمة في دمجهم بالمجتمع. The study aimed to reveal the most prominent features of the living conditions of Syrian refugee families in the camps, the mechanisms of adaptation with them, and the consequences of those living conditions in terms of social and cultural effects within those families. The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach, and an in-depth interview guide was applied to collect data on a sample of 50 families residing in Qushtapa camp in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are the multiplicity of motives for making the asylum decision. The security motive came at the top of these motives, followed by the economic motive and then the personal motives. The refugees in the camp also suffer from many general problems such as economic problems, lack of services and the lack of official registration papers for births, marriages and deaths. And others, in addition to individual problems such as feelings of depression, psychological disorders, alienation, etc., and the study revealed that refugees practice many strategies to adapt to these conditions, including positive adaptation strategies such as solidarity, family cooperation, making greater efforts, developing capabilities and skills, escaping from responsibility, marrying girls at a young age, and others. , and negative adaptation strategies, including waiting for aid, patience, endurance, and drawing closer to Allah. The study also revealed many social and cultural changes in the lives of Syrian refugees after asylum and living in camps. The study made a number of recommendations, most notably the necessity of issuing a refugee law that regulates the relationship between the host country and the refugees on its territory, in addition to the related bodies carrying out awareness programs for members of the host community to reduce the state of rejection of refugees and support their acceptance and integration into society.
