This study was carried out to investigate some anaerobic pathogenic microorganisms of health important for man and animal which may be found in soil of different animal species (cattle- horse- sheep) and the results revealed isolation of different species of clostridal bacteria by different percentages related to chemical properties of the examined types of soil
