This research deals with the concerns about the linkage between the currently applied planning methodologies and their suitability and adequacy in light of recent communication technologies development The CT can affect the performance of the city by making the services connection easier and making the city appear as one small connected system with various relations , as if the communication use percentage increases the people demand from the city will change , they will need extra recreational areas , and the city wont need places for post offices or phone booth and the services will reach peoples' home by phone or internet which will affect the percentage of roads
