This study aimed at evaluating only block bone grafting versus particulate bone. Twelve patients with partial edentulous area the anterior maxilla were treated in this study, the resorption of bone in this area didn't allow for dental implants placement and required the need for enhancing the ridge height and width as a preparatory step
