In this study, 60 pregnant women were included at their 3rd trimester of gestational age. They were divided into 2 groups: 40 preeclamptic patients (20 with mild preeclampsia and 20 with severe pre-eclampsia) complicated or not with IUGR (preeclamptic group) and 20 normal pregnant women in the same trimester of gestational age
