The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of unipedal standing exercise on static balance in spastic diplegic cerebral palsied children . Thirty spastic diplegic children their age ranged from 6 - 9 years participated in this study every child received a unipedal exercise program three times per week for three successive months . Evaluation was carried out for every child befor and after the treatment program by using Biodex Balance System
