This study involved 12 male patients selected for upper immediate complete denture against lower complete or partial denture . Patients were divided into 2 equal groups Group I patients (control group) had received immediate dentures without laser application post - insertion while Group II patients (study group) had received low intensity diode laser therapy six times each other day starting from the 2nd day of immediate denture insertion with 980 nm
