This thesis addresses the development of a rule - based machine translation system with minimum resources targeting the best possible translation results as coverage and correctness . To build the translation model (transfer rules ) with minimum resources the system should learn these rules from a set of paralled examples as input (parallet corpora ) using some logical machine learning technique
