With the increase in sports participation more young athletes are presenting for diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries especially around the knee . Fractures and dislocations are different from those in adults due to the presence of the growth plate . Ligamentous injures include ACL, PCL and collateral ligament injuries
