The present investigation was carried out to study the persistence of the penconazole , bupirimate , phenthoate and pirimiphos - methy1 on apple and peach fruits as well as grape leaves under Egyptian field conditions with the recommended application rate . The role of food processing were also studied by using washing and blanching processes
