Computer software proved to be a valuable tool in simulating the surgical movements of the maxilla in all three planes including vertical maxillary repositioning. The two piece surgical stent was accurately fitting on the bone and the teeth. showed accurate control on the osteotomized maxilla and succeeded in repositioning the maxilla in the pre-planned positions
