Purpose to evaluate the effect of saliva and blood contamination and different treatment procedures on the ultra - structure and composite bond strength to etched enamel surface . Methods 22 specimens were used for scanning electron microscope and 96 specimens were used for bond strength testing randomly divided into control ( 30 seconds acid etched enamel ) and 8 experimental groups
