To determine if maternal obesity affects the accuracy of ultrasound fetal weight estimation. 75 singleton pregnancies underwent sonographic (Hadlock) fetal weight estimation within 7 days of delivery. Patients were stratified into three different groups based on increasing maternal body mass index (BMI): normal weight (19.8-26), overweight (26.1-29.0), and obese more than 29.0
