This study demonstrated the usage of extra tools in epidural technique for improving epidural block. Patients were divided into two groups, group 1 who had epidural anesthesia by using ultrasound technique, and group II who had epidural anesthesia by conventional technique (loss of resistance technique) and epidural catheter position was confirmed by imaging epidurogram
