In type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, a degree of hyperglycemia is sufficient to cause pathologic and functional changes in various target tissues, including retinopathy, nephropathy, neuropathy and involvement of the musculoskeletal system . Musculoskeletal complications of diabetes are numerous . The hands are still an important target for diabetic complications and include cheiroarthropathy, flexor tenosynovitis, Dupuytrens disease, Carpal tunnel syndrome, etc
