Reciprocal ST segment changes in acute inferior myocardial infarction : Clinical hemodynamic and angiographic implications / التغيرات المتقابلة لقطعة ال إس تى فى حالات إحتشاء القلب السفلى : دراسة إكلينيكية هيموديناميكية و تصويرية للشرايين التاجية Hisham Mohamed Soliman Omara ; Supervised Hatem Hamed Elatroush , Hassan Samir Effat , Mohamed Ali Shehata - Cairo : Hisham Mohamed Soliman Omara , 2011 - 116 P. : charts , facsimiles ; 25cm
Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Critical Care Medicine
Reciprocal ST segment depression during the acute phase of inferior myocardial infarction is a marker of high risk patients. it reflects more extensive and more severe myocardial necrosis and correlates with higher incidence of left anterior descending coronary artery disease, but we could not exclude the incidence of such changes as electrical phenomena
