Hepatitis C virus infection is now becoming a common health problem in Egypt. Liver biopsy is the gold standard for this diagnosis. However, liver biopsy is invasive and is associated with complications with chronic hepatitis C patients. There is a clinical need for noninvasive measurement of liver fibrosis
