Urban areas generally show different climates compared with surrounding, the temperature difference between urban area and rural area is usually larger at night time than during the day time and larger in winter than in summer, the urbanization could produce a local wind directed toward the urban area during night time and consequently will produce an accumulation of pollutants come from surrounding, the black cloud formed as named in Egypt during September and October due to the burning of Rice straw
