As Egyptian aquaculture continuous to expand; disease problems will increase. Infectious bacterial diseases are the major impediment for development and profitability of fish industry. The study revealed that A. hydrophila, Ps. fluorescens and F. columnare were the most predominant bacterial organisms affecting cultured O. niloticus, which have been fully, identified using the molecular diagnostic tools
