The objective of the study was to evaluate the inflammatory and reparative pulpal tissue response to the tested resin cements at different cavity depths, in vivo and to assess the cytotoxic effects of them, in vitro . Nine dogs were used ; seventy two sound teeth were randomly divided into groups according to observation periods thensubdivided according to the tested material and the depth of the prepared cavity
