The protocol of psycholinguistic abilities assessment was designed in this study in order to be used as a quantitative and qualitative measure to standardize psycholinguistic abilities development in Arabic speaking children with age range of 5 years: 12 years, 11 Months old. The total score of the protocol of psycholinguistic abilities assessment is 129 for the ages from 5 years: 6 years, 11 months old and 272 for the ages from 7 years: 12 years, 11 months old. Each child had to achieve a score which lied within the normal for his age in order to be considered paycholinguistically functioning well
