The study was done on 70 colorectal cancer surgical patients in National Cancer Institute. The first group ( 35 patients ) received standard nutritional requirements for 7 consecutive days postoperatively , the second group ( 35 patients ) received the immunonutrition beside the standard nutritional requirements for 7 consecutive days postoperatively
