The purpose of this study was to evaluate sealing ability and adaptability of a new root - end filling material ( DiaRoot ) in comparison to MTA . One hundred and forty roots were used , apices were resected and root - end cavity preparation was done using the bur preparation method or the ultrasonic preparation method
