Polycystic ovarian disease is the most common endocrinopathy in women of reproductive age affecting 5- 10% of population and is the leading cause of female infertility . Obesity may constitute a major impediment of successful fertility treatment in women with polycystic ovarian syndrome . Lean Polycystic patients better respond to ovulation induction with clomiphene citrate compared to obese Polycystic patients
