To objective of this study was to evaluate the success rate of the use of mini implant in a narrow space at the anterior region of the mandible . Ten mini implants 2.4 mm diameter with 10 mm and 13 mm length were inserted in 10 patients using flapless surgery and immediate - loading treatment protocol
