This study was conducted to evaluate the chemical bonding capacity of conventional glass ionomer cement , resin - modified glass ionomer and nanoionomer to enamel , dentin , cementum substrates before and after thermo - cycling . One hundred and twenty freshly extracted lower third molars were utilized in this study , 60 for microshear bond strength testing and 60 for interfacial analysis of the interface
