This study was conducted to evaluate the protective effect of soy against hepatocarcinogenesis induced in rats by Aflatoxins ( 2mg / kg diet ) and oral CCI₄( 100mg / kg twice a week ) alone or together . The results indicated that soy contains total isoflavones of ( 167.3 mg / 100g soy )
