The purpose of this study was to assess the topographical characteristics and metallographic structure of RaCe Ni - Ti rotary instruments after mechanical preparation and sterilization cycles . A total of fifty RaCe rotary instruments were used ; 5 intact files represented the control Group I. Groups II, III and IV were divided equally into fifteen files each
