The combination of single-voxel MR spectroscopy and ADC calculation could improve the diagnostic efficacy of MR imaging in the differentiation and grading of brain tumors. The diffusion study has advantages of low examination time and simple post processing and calculation of ADC value and has a high sensitivity and specificity in detection of the tumor grade
