To compare the diagnostic accuracy of CBCT imaging to conventional tomographic imaging in assessment of osteoarthritic TMJ changes. (20) joints belonging to ten patients were evaluated in the current study. All patients were diagnosed as having osteoarthritis and comprised the diseased group (group 1). Another (10) TMJs belonging to five normal asymptomatic healthy volunteers comprised the control group
