Live load distribution factors (LLDF)method is widely used to simplify bridge deck analysis . In this method the superstructure is modeled as a single spine . The straining actions obtained are then distributed among the different girders using the LLDFs . finite elment modeling is used for the analysis of several concrete bridges of slab - on - girder and box - girder types .
