The purpose of the present study was to improve EFL prospective teachers' English speaking proficiency through verbal interaction strategies . The participants were (50) prospective teachers in the English section in the Faculty of specific education Zagazig University . They were divided into two groups the experimental group was taught through the verbal interaction strategies while the control group was taught through the regular method
