This research aims to identify the factors affecting the time schedule of construction projects, based on a number of axes that are usually faced during the different stages of the project; starting from design, execution, supervision, and follow-up stages, in addition to the project management axis. The main purpose is avoiding the negative paths and preventing deviations that cause project delay than the due time, and all other factors affecting the schedule whether speeding up or decelerating the project, and thus avoiding the resulting claims
