Branched broomrape (Orobanche ramosa L.) represents a major constraint for tomato (Lycopersicum esculentum mill.) production in the mediterranean region. The efficiency of both salicylic acid (SA) and indole acetic acid (IAA) to induce resistance of tomato against broomrape was studied in pot experiment under controlled conditions for 60 days
