Comparison between surgical microscope and magnifying optical loupe in microsurgical testicular sperm extraction (TESE) in non obstructive azoospermia , as regard sperm retrieval outcome / مقارنة بين الميكروسكوب الجراجى والمبكر البصرى فى العمليات الميكروسكوبية لاستخلاص الحيوانات المنوية من الخصية فى حالات انعدام الحيوانات المنوية بالسائل المنوى والغير ناتجة عن الانسداد بالقنوات المنوية وذلك من حيث نسبة استخلاص الحيوانات المنوية Islam Fathy Soliman Abdelrahman ; Supervised Mohamed Nabil Moamen , Ibrahim Mohamed Fahmy - Cairo : Islam Fathy Soliman Abdelrahman , 2012 - 106P. : charts , facsimiles ; 25cm

The objective of this study was to compare optical loupe with surgical microscope as regard to sperm retrieval rate (SRR) in microsurgical TESE in cases with NOA . Eighty four patients with non - obstructive azoospermia were subjected to microsurgical testicular sperm extraction (TESE) using optical loupe (8x) for one side . If the initial search at the operation theater was negative for sperm , the other thestis was opened using surgical microscope (20-32x)
Methods of surgical sperm recover Microsurgical TESE comparisons Non obstructive azoospermia
