Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Forensic Medicine-Toxicology
In forensic medical investigations , it is an important matter to determine whether a wound found on autopsy was inflicted before or after death and , if inflicted ante - mortem , how long before death it was sustained . The use of antibodies to detect individual antigens in situ has developed into a powerful diagnostic tool . Transforming growth factor (TGF-Ü) and the pro-inflammatory factors (intereukin 1-beta and IL6) can be used as tools for determining the wound aging in cadavers and their relation to other factors related to the wound
Interleukin 1-beta Pro-inflammatory factors TGF-Ü
