The most common and most clinically significant complications are arterial and venous thrombosis and stenosis, biliary disorders, fluid collections, neoplasma, and graft rejection. Vascular complications include thrombosis and stenosis of the hepatic artery, portal vein or inferior vena cava as well as hepatic artery pseudo-aneurysm and celiac artery stenosis
