Type II diabetes mellitus and hypercholesterolemia are common problems in elderly with serious complications . To compare the effect of upper limbs ergometry versus lower limbs ergometry on controlling blood glucose and cholesterol level in elderly patients . Forty patients from both sexes ( 20 men and 20 women ) ages 60 to 70 years with type II diabetes mellitus and hypercholesterolemia were participated in this study
