To analyze the outcome and to identify risk factors associated with transplant outcome regarding the stage of disease and pre-transplant disease status (complete remission, very good partial remission and partial remission). Two years follow up of 51 pediatric patients with high-risk neuroblastoma treated with a multimodal schedule and received HDC with busulfan and melphalan as a our standard conditioning regimen
