Carcinoma of the bladder is the ninth most common cause of cancer worldwide. It is more frequent in men than in women. The highest incidence rate in men was observed in Egypt. Diagnosis of bladder cancer at an early stage appears to be one of the main factors for patients survival. Although cystoscopy and voided urine cytology are considered the standard methods in bladder cancer detection, cyctoscopy is invasive examining method, and cytology is limited for its low sensitivity
