The main goal of this research is to present an investigation for structural systems of tall building to resist gravity and seismic loads considering different codes . These codes are ECLF 2003 and ECLF 2011 compared with three of well - known international codes, namely EC 08, IBC 2006 and UBC 97 . This study considers most common structural systems made of reinforced concrete . These systems are rigid frame, shear wall- central core, shear wall- frame interaction, outriggers and tube in tube
