This thesis describes the design and development of TOF (time-of-flight) laser range finder techniques for industrial measurement applications in the measurement range of zero to a 10-20 km diffusely reflecting targets . The main goal design and build a TOF laser rangefinder and with at least 0.6 mrad divergence in order to get the echo signal to counal the acquisition time and calculate the distance on the display module with accuracy up to ± 5m
